Ginger Kashayam

Hello friends 🙋🙋🙋. Kashayam is a water extract taken out from one herb or some herbs. Generally people don't like kashayam as it won't taste good. Now we are going to see the recipe of Ginger Kashayam that tastes really good. For feeding mothers this helps a lot by inducing hunger in the child. Breastmilk has a strategy of demand and supply. So in turn it helps for increased milk production. Let's see some benefits followed by the recipe.

Ingredients
Ginger - 2 inch
Jaggery - 100 g
Pepper  Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water


Procedure

  • Wash and Grate the ginger into small pieces.
  • Take a vessel and add 3 glasses of water.
  • Add in the grated ginger, jaggery, pepper powder and turmeric powder
  • Stir till the jaggery dissolves.
  • Let it boil for 10 mins.
  • Strain the ginger dust with strainer before serving

Healthy Ginger Kashayam is ready. Serve it hot.
