- Grind together chopped onions, garlic, cumin seeds and coconut.
- Heat a pan and add the grinded mixture.
- Let it boil and the raw smell goes away. Then add salt and 3 cups of water.
- After it comes to a boiling state, add in the drumstick leaves.
- Let it cook for 2 - 3 mins. Because drumstick leaves will be cooked very fast.
- Finally if you need some oil flavour you can add 1 tablespoon of gingelly oil. But it is totally optional.
