Ingredients
Noolkol - 2
Onions - 2(big)
Tomatoes - 2
Garlic - 7 to 8
Coriander Powder - 1 and half tablespoon
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Mint Leaves
Salt
To grind
Pattai - 1/2 inch
Cardamom - 2
Clove - 1
Garlic - 5
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Fennel Seeds - 1 teaspoon

Procedure
- Grind everything mentioned under 'to grind' to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a cooker and add chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
- Then add chopped onions. After a minute or two add tomatoes.
- Now add noolkol, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, grinded paste and mint leaves.
- Add required amount of water.
- Close the cooker, keep the flame in high and wait for one whistle.
- Then simmer the stove and let it cook for 15 mins.
- Turn off the flame, let the pressure gets released.
