Garlic Kuzhambu

Hello all😊😊😊 Breastfeeding is an art. No other food in the world can substitute breast milk for newborn. Mother fed babies will be more immune that the others. It contains lots of antibodies, that can't be engineered. It is the responsibility of every mother to understand the importance of breastfeeding. Some mother's may have the problem of less milk supply. Actually it depends on demand from the child. Yet we can help to increase the milk supply by having certain food items in our regular diet. In that order here we are going to see the best ingredient garlic that helps a lot. You can take it in any form and here comes one.

Ingredients

Garlic - 30 to 40 cloves
Onion - 4(big)
Tomato - 3
Red Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 2 tablespoon
Tamarind - lemon sized
Oil
Salt



Procedure

  • Soak the tamarind in water for sometime and make the juice out of it.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add in the garlic cloves.
  • Let it get cooked for 2 to 3 mins.
  • Now add in the chopped onions and let it saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook well.
  • Now mix red chilli powder and coriander powder along with onions and tomatoes.
  • Add in the tamarind juice and give a good mix. Add salt and water as required.
  • Let it boil, get thickened and all the raw smell goes away.

Tasty garlic kuzhambu is ready. It goes well with rice, idli. Rice, garlic kuzhambu and pappad is a perfect combo.
For easily picking garlic, take toothpicks and collect the garlic cloves in it before cooking. So when you serve it will be easy to take out.
