Procedure
- Dry roast the red chillies and pepper
- Take a mixie jar and add the curry leaves, salt, tamarind, jaggery, roasted red chilli and pepper.
- Grind it finely by adding water.
- Heat a kadai, add oil. Once it get hot add the mustard seeds, wait till it splutters.
- Add asafoetida and turmeric powder.
- Now add in the grinded paste, let it boil and get thickened.
