Hi Buddies 😊😊😊 Suraa (Shark fish) is one of the tasty non veg item. To make it even more tasty to eat, we are going to see a simple recipe here. In this recipe we are going to add more of garlic that gives a good flavour.

Shark fish - 250g
Onions - 3(big)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tablespoons
Green Chilli - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Curry Leaves
Salt

Procedure
Boiling Fish
- Heat water in a vessel let it come to boiling state.
- Now add in the fish pieces.
- Let it cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
- White foam kind will start to appear. At that point turn off the flame and take out the fish pieces.
- Let it get cool.
- Now carefully shred the fishes finely and remove the bones from it.
Puttu Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan and add in ginger garlic paste.
- Let it saute for a minute, then add chopped onions and green chillies.
- Let the onions become transparent.
- Now add curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix it well and add in the prepared shred fish.
- Continuously mix it so that it will not stick to the pan
- Let it cook for 15 mins. It will hold a juicy consistency and it will not get fried.
That's it. Suraa puttu is ready. Eat it hot and enhance your health.
