Chilli Veg Momos

Vanakkam friends 🙏🙏🙏 What else can replace a hot and spicy snack for a sweet evening? Just check out this chilli momos  recipe that makes a perfect snack. Everyone love momos and here we are seeing a variant of it.
      As we are adding more vegetables this snack becomes a healthy one. Another advantage is we are going to bake it. So anyone of any age can have this.



Preparation Time : 15 mins
Cooking Time : 20 mins
Total Time : 35 mins

Ingredients
Baked moms - 10

Onions - 2(big)
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green Chilli - 3 to 4 
Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons


Procedure
  • Make the momos as mentioned in previous post.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add in chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Now add chopped onions and green chilli. Let it fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add in all the sauces and give it a good mix.
  • Baked momos will be so delicate, so gently drop the momos in the prepared sauce.
  • Gently give a mix and coat the momos with the sauce.

Hot and spicy chilli veg momos are ready. Serve it hot and njoy the taste.
