Garlic - 10 cloves
Green Chilli - 3 to 4
Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 2 tablespoons

Procedure
- Make the momos as mentioned in previous post.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add in chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
- Now add chopped onions and green chilli. Let it fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in all the sauces and give it a good mix.
- Baked momos will be so delicate, so gently drop the momos in the prepared sauce.
- Gently give a mix and coat the momos with the sauce.
Hot and spicy chilli veg momos are ready. Serve it hot and njoy the taste.
