Maida : 2 cups
Onion : 1 cup
Cabbage : 1 cup
Carrot : 1 cup
Corn : 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste : 2 teaspoons
Green Chilli : 3
Pepper powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Oil
Salt

Procedure
Step 1 : Preparing Dough
- Put maida in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, add water little by little
- Make a soft dough and let it rest for 15 - 20 mins.
Step 2 : Momos Filling
- Chop onions, cabbage, carrot and green chillies finely.
- Heat Oil in a kadai and add ginger garlic paste.
- Once the raw smell goes away add the onions and saute for 2 - 3 mins
- Add chopped green chillies, cabbage, carrot and corn
- Add pepper powder and salt as required.
- Saute for 7 - 8 mins and the momo filling is ready.
Step 3 : Bake the momos
- Make the dough into small sized balls and roll it out to 3 - 4 inches
- Keep the momo filling in the center and start to make small small folds
- Collect all folds and close the filling.
- Preheat an idli cooker with some water for 5 mins.
- Place the momos in the idli plate and boil it for around 10 mins
