Rice Flour : 250g
Onions : 4(big)
Green Chillies : 2
Cumin Seeds : 1 teaspoon
Salt
Water

Procedure
- Take a bowl and add rice flour, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds and salt.
- Heat the water but don't heat till it boils.
- Add the hot water little by little to the flour and mix it.
- Add water till you can make it into a bigger round.
- Divide it into small portions.
- Take butter paper or any milk packet cover, apply oil and start spreading the dough.
- Take it out and roast it in a tawa. At a time you can make 4 rotis.
- Apply oil and roast on both sides.
