Hello buddies ✋✋✋.. There are multiple variations of preparing a chutney with onions and tomatoes. Let's see a variant here. This recipe is very simple and can be made in minutes.

Ingredients
To grind
Onion - 4 (big)
Tomato - 4(big)
Garlic - 5
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilli - 4
Salt
To temper
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Mustard - 1 teaspoon
Urad dhal - 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves
Coconut - 2 tablespoon
Instructions
That's it. Very cool and simple chutney is ready. It goes well with chapathi. Prepare and taste it.

Instructions
- Cut onions and tomatoes. No need to chop it finely as we are going to grind it.
- Take a mixie jar and add all the ingredients mentioned under 'To grind' and grind it finely.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the items mentioned under 'To temper' one by one
- Allow the mustard seed to sputter. Then add urad dhal and curry leaves.
- Now add the grinded mixture and add water as required(It must not be so thick). Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Grind coconut and add to the boiling mixture.
- Let it boil along with coconut for 5 more minutes.
That's it. Very cool and simple chutney is ready. It goes well with chapathi. Prepare and taste it.
