Sweet Diamond Cuts

Hello all😊😊😊 Ready with a evening snack. Simple, crispy, easy to make sweet cuts. All the ingredients will be easily available in our home. Take a look on the recipe and try it immediately.

Cooking Time : 15 mins
Total Time : 30 mins
Servings : 4

Ingredients 
Maida - 250 g
Sugar - 100 g
Cardamom Powder - a generous pinch
Salt - a pinch
Oil


Procedure

  • Heat a pan, add sugar and few tablespoons of water.
  • Let it dissolve completely. Don't make it thick. We need it to be in a watery consistency.
  • Take maida in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix well.
  • Now add cardamom powder and salt.
  • Start mixing everything together by adding Sugar syrup little by little.
  • Make a tight dough, not too soft.
  • Now spread the dough in a oil greased plate.
  • Spread it using a chapathi roller till reaches a height of 1/2cm.
  • Now take a knife and make small criss cross cuts like diamonds.
  • Heat Oil in a kadai, add these diamonds and fry in batches till it turns brown.


Crispy sweet diamond cuts are ready. Isn't easy for a evening snack. Prepare, njoy and surprise everyone.
