Quick Bread Omelette

Hello friends 😊😊😊 Here we are going to see quick and easy made breakfast recipe bread omelette. This recipe is really simple with few ingredients but with a wonderful taste. Let's have a look at it


Preparation Time : 5 mins
Cooking Time : 3 mins
Total time : 8 mins

Ingredients 

Eggs - 2
Bread - 2 slices
Onions - 2(big sized)
Tomato - 1
Chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Pepper Powder
Coriander Leaves
Salt


Procedure

  • Chop onions and tomatoes.
  • Take a bowl, add eggs to it and beat it well (so that the omelette will be fluffy).
  • Now add the chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix them well.
  • Heat a pan and spread one tablespoon of oil.
  • Now spread the egg mixture to the pan, dip the bread pieces in egg and turn the other side of the bread, so that the egg juice is absorbed on both sides of the bread.
  • After 2 mins carefully turn the omelette along with the bread.
  • After a minute or two the tasty bread omelette is ready.


You can also spread a layer of mayonnaise on bread, so that it tastes even yummy.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup😊
