Urad dhal : 50 g

Tamarind : lemon sized

Procedure
- Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil, roast the red chillies and take it away.
- Then add urad dhal and roast it till the color changes slightly.
- Now add the other tablespoon of oil and add the coriander leaves. Let it get shrinked.
- Cool everything and add it to a mixie jar along with garlic, tamarind and salt.
- Add little water and grind it into a tight mixture.
- Store and use.
