For Grinding
Cashews - 5 to 10
Almonds - 5 to 10
Kuskus - 1tbsp
Coconut Grated - 1/2 cup
For Tempering
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cardamom - 2
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 2 (big)
Tomatoes - 3 (big)
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 2
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - a hand full
Oil - 3 tbsp
Salt
Onions - 2 (big)
Tomatoes - 3 (big)

Chilli powder - 1 tbsp

For Tempering

Procedure
Frying Paneer:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Cut the paneer into slices and start roasting them in the oil.
- Flip, once the bottom turns golden.
- Let all the sides turns golden brown.
- Add all the ingredients mentioned under for grinding in a blender.
- Make a smooth paste out of it.
- Keep it aside, we can add it at later stage.
- Heat a kadai and add oil to it.
- Once the oil gets hot, add the items mentioned under for tempering. Let it splutter.
- Chop onions finely and add it. Let it get golden brown color.
- Now add in chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and chopped green chillies.
- Let the tomatoes turns mushy and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste goes away.
- Now it is time to add in the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Add in necessary salt.
- Cook for 5 mins.
- Take the ground paste and add to it.
- Let it cook for 5 to 7 mins.
- Add in water as required according to your desired consistency.
- Time to add in fried paneer and leave for 2 to 3 mins.
- Top with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
